MQP Disc Jet Mill

Working Principle
With the uniformly distributed compressed air and the nozzle, the pressure will be changed into the velocity energy to generate the high speed airflow. The powder material will be continuously and evenly fed to the smashing chamber through the ejector. And the airflow allows the materials to be fiercely collided with or rub against each other. Through this way, the powder materials are ultra finely smashed.

Features
1. The special grading design is applied for the grinder cavity. Therefore, the MQP disc jet mill can produce the micro powder of several microns or submicron.
2. The compressed air ejected by several nozzles, is available with the absolute thermal expansion that suits to smash the heat-sensitive materials of low melt point.
3. The high-speed impact crushing is realized through the particle collisions. Zero pollution is allowed.
4. Without the driving device, this machine not only features excellent operability and maintainability, also it can be conveniently dismantled, installed, or even cleaned.
5. Our disc jet mill can realize smashing in the superheated vapor or inert gas environment.
