1. Fixed type QWT21 Concrete Block Making Machine
1.1 Concrete Block Making Machine (Parameters as Shown in the Table)
The QWT21 concrete block making machine makes many different kinds of concrete blocks, including color paving tiles, hollow blocks, and more. It is comprised of the rack, aggregate distribution device, surface material distribution device, etc.

1.1.1 Rack
The host machine applies the moveable beam type high-strength steel. Its erector can be easily adjusted according to the mold height. Welded from the rectangular steel and template, the upper slider is of high structural strength. On this slider, a balance bar is installed to reduce the abrasion between the guide sleeve and vertical column. The bottom slide is fixed with the lock sleeve. It uses pneumatic spring to fix the die. Anyway, this bottom slide is simple in structure, and can be conveniently adjusted or installed.
1.1.2 Aggregate Distribution Device
The QWT21 I type concrete block production line applies the suspension type four-direction positioning aggregate drawer. During the operation, this device has little resistance, which not only allows for less power loss, but also avoids the mold damage resulted from the plate thickness error. It is suitable for different concrete products. The aggregate drawer applies the translational distribution which is driven by the hydro-cylinder, so it offers uniform materials distribution. Consequently, the finished concrete product comes with good compactness.
Additionally, the block making machine is equipped with a secondary cylinder scraping device to get rid of the remained aggregate which may pollute the surface materials. To improve the material distribution efficiency, the machine applies the crank-type dual cylinder driven delivery to shorten the material distribution time. So when distributing materials, it operates stably, speedily without abrasion. No materials leakage appears.
1.1.3 Surface material Distribution Device
A suspension type four-direction positioning drawer is used for the surface material distribution. Both its bucket and distribution platform are adjustable in height. Additionally, the block making machine makes full use of the crank-type dual cylinder driven delivery, with an attempt to improve the materials distribution efficiency. Equipped with the lifting system, the distribution device is suitable for making 50mm to 200mm thick concrete product. When replacing the mold or repairing the equipment, you can remove it from the forming machine.
1.1.4 Vibrating System
The vibrating system is composed of static and vibration tables, among which the static table is connected to the rack. It can be adjusted according to your requirements. The vibration table comes with high strength, on account of being welded from vibration plates.
Also, the vibrating system includes one vibration motor, one synchronizer, two single type vibrators, and two transmission shafts. The vibrator vibrates vertically to generate exciting force needed for block forming. Under the effect of the vibration force, both pallet and material filled mold are made to vibrate vertically. The pallet is designed with a static table. When moving downward, it will impact the static table, thus doubling the exciting force which will then form the vibrating pressure on the concrete product. The amplitude of the vibration table will be thereby well controlled as well. The static stable can decrease the fatigue damage of the vibration isolator.

1.1.5 Pallet Centering and Positioning Device
The concrete making machine is added with a pneumatic driven type centering and position device which works automatically. During the concrete product formation, this device makes sure the pallet on the accurate position, increasing the pallet effective working area.
1.1.6 Hydraulic Locking Device
On the upper cross beam of the machine, a hydraulic locking device is installed to avoid the cylinder sliding caused by the overweight of the gland, slider, and upper vibration motor. It improves the safety and reliability of the machine.
1.1.7 Silo
The high-strength silo is welded from steel plates. Its discharging outlet is pneumatically controlled. This pneumatic control system can well control the outlet according to different concrete products, so that uniform material feeding and mixing can be guaranteed.
1.1.8 Hydraulic Station
The hydraulic station includes high-capacity oil tank, hydraulic pump, driving motor, and various valves. It is connected to the block forming machine with the high-strength hydraulic pipe. Its main hydraulic components are qualified ones of international reputable brand.

1.1.9 Electrical Control System
The full-automatic block production line covers the electronic control units, separately used for forming machine, batching and mixing system, as well as suspension type palletizing machine.
Meanwhile, the electrical control system can store the production data and program of many products. Therefore, the block making machine requires less debugging time when used to produce different concrete product. Moreover, coupled with the PLC technology and color screen, the machine is easy to operate. It realizes the automatic material feeding, automatic batching, automatic mixing, etc.
1.1.10 Pneumatic System
As an important part of the QWT21 I type concrete block production line, the pneumatic system works for batching and mixing system, block forming machine, and other related equipment. It contains the air compressor, pipeline, filter, decompressor, cylinder, pneumatic spring, reversing valve, etc.

2. Wet Product Conveyor
This conveyor, driven by the reducer via the chain, operates stably. Its front part is equipped with a hydro-cylinder driven lowerator, which can be used with the surface materials distribution device. The conveyor meets the requirements of making 50mm-200mm thick concrete product.

3. Wet Product Cleaning Device
A rolling brush with independent power system is installed to the end part of the wet product conveyor. The device is simple in structure and convenient in installation.

4. Pallet Feeder
The pallet feeder welded from rectangular steel is high in strength. Its height is adjustable. Two rolling wheels are added to the front part of the feeding device, while the counter weight such as round steel is connected to the back part. That is why the pallet will not be abraded. Both front and back parts of the cylinder are added with buffer devices to make sure the stable pallet feeding.
5. Batching and Mixing Station for Backing Material
1600III batching plant applies the pneumatic system and PLC control system.
5.1 Storage Bin
The aggregate storage bin has three 3.7 m3 silos, all of which are mainly used to store sand, stones, etc. Its two parts such as silos and supporting structure are steel welded. The silos are increased in strength and rigidity, because of its mesh-grid structure. Each silo has a discharging outlet whose opening and closing are driven by a cylinder. Also, the discharging outlet can be manually adjusted. Therefore, the batching speed can be well controlled while ensuring the batching accuracy.

5.2 Mixing and Weighing Part
The mixing and weighing part makes full use of the sensor for weighing. Its structure is designed according to different machine configurations and client’s application requirements. There are two kinds of structures.
a. Movable Mixed Weighing Hopper
This weighing hopper comes with high strength and rigidity. The discharging outlet is pneumatically opened or closed. Thanks to the independent orbit, the weighing hopper operates stably. It can be used for two units of JS750 mixers. After weighing, the weighted aggregate and cement will move along with the independent orbit to the elevator bucket of the JS750 mixer. The weighing hopper has the capacity of 1.3m3. Motor power of the movable mixed weighing hopper is 2.2Kw.
b. Automatic Weighing Belt
The automatic weighing belt is a floating weighing belt which could be the unidirectional or bi-directional discharging type. The motor power of the bi-directional discharging type is two times as much as that of the unidirectional discharging type. This weighing device is used to one or two sets of JS1000 mixers. The hopper capacity is at least 1.6 m3. Motor power of the automatic weighing belt is 5.5KW.
5.3 Cement Silo (Optional)
The cement silo has level gage, dust collector, etc. The cement silo with the capacity of 60T has the diameter of 2,800mm and height of 15m. You can choose the cement by yourself.
5.4 Spiral Conveyor
The spiral conveyor delivers the cement from the soil to the back material weighing silo.

After weighing, the aggregate and cement will be automatically, uniformly mixed by the mixer. Then, the mixed materials will be put into the silo of the host machine.

7. Suspension Type Palletizing Machine (Optional)
This suspension type palletizing machine is used to receive the pallet on which wet concrete products are laid. Later, it will send the pallet to the stack site, and then the pallet will be automatically stacked. In conclusion, the equipment can minimize the curing site.
On one side of the machine, there is a group of driving wheels. On the other machine side, one group of driven wheels is installed. Each side of the machine rack is equipped with an elevator. Both elevators will be driven by the lifting chain, after they have been adjusted to the same height.
The palletizing machine and elevators are driven by the motor reducer via the roller chain. The supporting board on the erector can be one-way overturned. Being PLC controlled, the movable palletizing machine automatically takes the board according to the set parameters. The stacked product will be conveyed to the curing room by the forklift. Stacking position is controlled through the proximity switch and prefabricated induction block. Additionally, a frequency converter has been installed to ensure the machine stable operation.

8.3 Equipment Configuration and Technical Specification
The stacking system mainly covers the lowerator, pallet clip, rotating platform, hydraulic system, electric control system, etc. Inside the lowerator, the pallet with blocks will be delivered to the pallet clip which will open and descend to clamp the blocks. A vehicle takes the pallet clip to the above part of the rotating platform. Later, the pallet clip descends to stably lay the blocks onto the tray, and goes back to the original position. The pitch machine will send the pallets to the warehouse in front of the host machine. After that, another cycle is followed.
8.3.1 Lowerator
The lowerator includes rack, lifting platform, bracket, oil cylinder, etc. It is used to store the pallet on which blocks are laid. It will place the pallets onto the conveyor one by one.

8.3.3 Stacking clamp
