Film Faced Plywood

Brief Introduction
This film faced plywood is a three-ply or multi-ply board material. It adopts adhesives to combine an odd number of layers of wood-based veneers. Sometimes the number of layers can be even. The fiber direction of the veneer in adjacent layers is vertical.

Main Functions
1. The film faced plywood is one of the common materials used by furniture processing enterprises. It is also a kind of artificial board. Its face veneer and inner veneer layers are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the central ply or the veneer core. The physical and mechanical properties in vertical and horizontal direction have a small difference.
2. This film faced plywood can raise the utilization rate of timber, thus making great contributions to the reduction of timber. It can be also applied in airplanes, ships, trains, cars, buildings, packing plates, and some others.
3. This plywood is named on basis of its different layers. Considering its thickness ranging from 3 to 9cm, it can be called 3-9cm board. Its quality mostly depends on the raw materials.
4. Nowadays, the veneered tri-plywood is in high demand for home decoration. In other words, many factories have already attached the extremely thin solid-wood facing on the three-ply board. This product features convenient use. Its price is much cheaper than that of the wood veneers bought by our customers and attached by the construction team.
5. The length and width of our film faced plywood is the same as that of the building template. The dimension is basically 1220×2440mm. However, the thickness is generally divided into 3, 5, 9, 12, 15, and 18mm, among others. The trees are mainly categorized into kapur, lauan, poplar, eucalyptus, and more.
6. Our product features high stability and great structural strength. It possesses such advantages as light weight, high strength, favorable flexibility and toughness, easy processing and coating, insulation performance, as well as strong resistance to impact and vibration, among others. The plywood contains a large amount of adhesive. During construction, its edge must be sealed to reduce pollution.
