Brushed Aluminum Composite Panel

This brushed aluminum composite panel can be categorized into gold brush type and silver brush type. It features bright color and three-dimensional effect by adoption of both polishing technology and roller coating technique. The finished product has ultra strong texture and a uniform brush effect. It can provide customers with a wonderful visual experience as well as satisfactory touch.

Structure
Our brushed aluminum composite panel is continuously made of the upper and lower layers of aluminum panels and the middle layer of low-density polyethylene. The middle layer can be provided with different thickness, and its composite process is a continuous production line.

The brushed aluminum composite panel is made in accordance with the specified width, and its length is cut on line in compliance with the order designated by customers. The front side of the aluminum panel is coated with a protective film that can be peeled off. The back side of the aluminum panel has gone through chemical pretreatment, thus being corrosion resistant. It can be formed by either the polished aluminum or the coil coated polyester paint with concave and convex surface, which offers super strong texture and also manifests superiority.

Customization
1. The minimum order quantity is 300 pieces for each color and each specification of the brushed aluminum composite panel. An order permits 1500 pieces contained in a 20’ container.
