Excavator Muffler

The excavator muffler is made from the Q235-A steel material and sprayed with black heat-resistant paint on the surface, resisting the 600℃ high temperature. It is applicable for the exhaust system of the engineering machines and excavators. Due to the adverse operating environment, the long working time, the high frequency and large amplitude of the engine's vibration, the connecting part between the product and the engine is easy to be torn. To deal with such a problem, our company has improved our product according to the application of our products. The bellow is added to the connecting pipe to reduce the damage caused by the engine's vibration. In addition, in order to reinforce the product strength, the integral melt-through structure replaces the original structure which is combined with the air outlet, air inlet pipe and the muffler through welding.

After technological experiments and market activity-based tests, this excavator muffler has been proved to have a stronger structure than other products' and is serviced with Jiahe loaders.
