ZWJ Pump Mechanical Seal

Features
1. The ZWJ pump mechanical seal has only one set of primary sealing faces, all contained in a one-piece cartridge. It allows rotating motion in both directions, and thus can stay unaffected by pump shaft adjustment.
2. The axial dimension of the seal should be larger than the required installation size to facilitate the removal of the set pin.
3. This series of seal does not need cooling water during its operation.
4. Silicon carbide is embedded in the friction pair, which enables the pair to function properly at high temperatures. Depending on the nature of media transported, we can select different friction pairs ton ensure an effective, long-time service.

1. Media: slurry mixtures used in ore-dressing or coal washing, cement slurry
2. Temperature: -20℃-60℃
3. Pressure: 0-2.5MPa
4. Linear Velocity: ≤8 m/s
