The ZT series single stage centrifugal desulphurization pump is an axial-flow, single-stage, and single suction cantilever type of mechanical device. To put it in simple terms, this pump has only one axial impeller that pushes the fluid in the direction parallel to the impeller shaft without changing radial location of fluid particles. Fluids are allowed to enter the pump from only one side.

As an innovative hydraulic structure design that combines many separate features commonly found in other similar domestic and foreign products into a single entity, the pump is comprised of parts that are made of special materials. Using this pump comes with many benefits, including high energy efficiency, abrasion and corrosion resistance, little vibration, low noise, reliable functioning, and long service life. With an overall performance unrivaled by most of its domestic contemporaries, this product is widely seen in the thermal power plant, aluminum smelting plan, and oil refinery. There, it is employed in the desulphurization system to transport limestone or gypsum slurry.

Our desulphurization pump can encounter a large variation in service conditions such as changing mass concentration from zero to 60%, chloride ion concentration up to 60000ppm, PH variation between 2.5 and 13, and slurry temperature no more than 65℃.
