ZGJ Pump Mechanical Seal

Features
1. Our ZGJ pump mechanical seal comes with a single set of primary seal faces that are housed in a one-piece cartridge. It allows rotation in both forward and reverse directions, along with the adjustment of pump shaft.
2. The axial dimension of the seal should be larger than the required installation size to facilitate the removal of the set pin.
3. Prior to starting up the pump, operators should wet the seal with enough water. Do not use sealing oil when the seal faces are in a dry condition. Water pressure should be no more than 0.08 MPa.
4. The mechanical seal will operate properly in an environment filled with media. It does not allow fluid blockage, and thus is suitable for high concentration applications.
5. Silicon carbide is embedded in the friction pair, which enables the pair to function properly at high temperatures. Depending on the nature of media transported, we can select different friction pairs to ensure an effective, long-time service.

1. Media: alumina slurry, limestone slurry, gypsum slurry, ore slurry, coal slurry and other crystalizable fluids that contain solid particles.
2. Temperature: -20℃-160℃
3. Pressure: 0-4 MPa
4. Linear Velocity: ≤15 m/s
5. Mass Concentration: ≤35%
