This evacuated tube solar collector possesses such advantages as beautiful appearance and simple installation. Equipped with digital display and an intelligent controller, our product can be operated easily. By adoption of Germany original pump, it requires very little electricity consumption that costs only several cents every day. In addition, one pump can provide two functions, including recycling and increasing pressure. The compulsive recycling can assist the system collector to absorb the solar power and then efficiently transfer it to water tank.
Working Principles and Characteristics
1. One of the most striking characteristics of our evacuated tube solar collector is its auto charging water function. When reaching the setting time and the setting water level, the solenoid valve will start to charge water till the tank is filled with water.
2. Another prominent characteristic is temperature difference circulation. Once solar collector temperature is 10℃ higher than tank temperature, circulation pump will begin to inject cold water from tank into those collectors, thus making hot water in the collectors go to the tank. The pump will not stop until the temperature difference is less than 3℃.
3. The third feature of our evacuated tube solar collector is its anti freeze circulation. When the temperature of circulation pipe is lower than the setting value, the temperature difference pump will then take hot water from tank to the circulation pipe. Once this kind pipe temperature is higher than the setting value, the pump will stop working.
4. When water temperature in tank is below the setting value at the setting time, our electrical heater can help heat water to reach the setting data.
5. The last characteristic is pipe circulation. If the temperature of outer pipe is below the setting data, the second circulation pump will start injecting hot water into the tank, which can ensure enough hot water when you open the water tap.
