Main Features

1. This pressurized domestic solar water heating system is made of 1.2mm thick, SUS3042B stainless steel or 316L stainless steel plate. Its striking characteristics include high strength, no magnetism, no dirt, as well as strong resistance to frost, corrosion and heat. Our product can be used within the temperature range from -196 to 800℃. In accordance with customer requirement, we can also produce the steel product with the thickness of 1.5mm or above.

2. By utilizing the pressurized water tank, our product can be suitable for the area where the municipal water supply is stable. Cold water can directly enter into the municipal water supply pipe, and there is no need to install the water level control equipment. Thus, our product is easy to control and can reduce the failure rate. Meanwhile, the water pressure from system can be extremely high by making full use of the municipal water supply pressure. Especially during the shower time, mass flow of hot water can make our customers feel much more comfortable than before.

3. Furthermore, it is really convenient to install our pressurized domestic solar water heating system. Due to the combination of its heat collector and water tank, it can be flexibly mounted on the slope of the roof without any restriction on the position. It can be installed from any angle.

4. Thanks to the automatic welding technology, our product can effectively reduce the corrosion and guard against the pressure of up to 0.8Mpa. In particular, the SPP integrated high pressure system possesses such advantages as quick operation, high thermal efficiency and corrosion resistance. There is no water in our tube. Even though the facer tube is broken, the whole system can still work as usual.
