This non pressure solar water heating system obtains heat and then gets hot water through the highly efficient spiral copper pipe heat exchanger that is fixed into the heat collecting tank. Different from traditional water heater, the heat collecting tube of our product heats the heat medium water inside the heat collecting water tank, instead of directly heating the domestic water. The heat medium is able to store heat, so the copper tube can absorb heat from it and reach the heating effect when cold water passes through the copper tube. This kind of heater does not often need to add water into the water tank. Moreover, the heat medium contains a certain proportion of anti freeze and anti corrosive substances, thus avoiding such phenomenon as pipe bursting, freezing, corrosion, rusting and so on.

1. This non pressure solar water heating system is designed to meet the needs of the international market. It utilizes copper coil as heater exchanger, featuring easy operation and installation. Additionally, it adopts non pressure type water tank. The entering cold water is controlled by the mechanical control water valve. Therefore, the control is simple and the system failure can be significantly reduced. The discharging water adopts falling type. Even though cold water is stopped, there will be no influence on the hot water supply as long as the water tank contains water. Our product is really suitable for the area where the municipal water supply is unstable or the water supply is often cut off.
