The vacuum induction furnace comes with a vertical furnace body and can be manually tilted. And the capacity of its power supply is 60KW and frequency is from 2500 to 4000HZ. The crucible, with the capacity of 10Kg, can be made of magnesia, quartz sand or graphite materials, depending on the mental materials to be smelted. And the coil, even if used to accommodate mental materials for a long period, is still hard to be deformed owing to its exceptional quality. Our vacuum induction furnace can be used to smelt, refine and cast mental materials under vacuum or protective atmospheres, like argon and nitrogen gases. To facilitate such applications, the secondary vacuum pump is adopted, which makes the ultimate vacuum reach 6×10-3Pa and the pressure rise rate reaches2Pa/h. Additionally, this product has an extra filter and the inductor is fixed in a particular way.
