Dual Track Electric Furnace
Using a sole dual track variable frequency power supply, the dual track electric furnace achieves the same functional effects as the combination of the 2 single-track variable frequency power supplies, with only one transformer and high-voltage power lines. Owing to such advantage, one of these two furnaces can properly smelt materials while the other is simultaneously used for rammed lining. Also, power can be easily distributed to the two furnaces in a lower failure rate without the help of machinery or electronic changeover switches.
The entire dual track variable frequency power supply of this dual track electric furnace has been made full use in the course of smelting materials with the utilization rate virtually up to 100%. And it can continuously supply required insulation power for the furnace being insulated, thus making the metallic solution in the furnace have a stable temperature. Furthermore, the metallic solution can also be continuously provided.
