The SE laser engraving machine is specially designed for high-speed engraving and large-scale raising. It adopts the latest digital control software, glasssealed-off CO2 laser tube, continuous circular water coolingsystem, imported linear guide rail configuration and fast stepper motor. Becauseof the adoption of these advanced devices as well as integratedsteel frame structure, our machine shows great working performance with high precision andstability.

The machine can run in Windows98/2000/XP/Vista systems. Its latest software iscompatible with many graphics processing software,such as Photoshop, AutoCAD, CoreLDRA, etc. It supports rotary devices and can engrave on curvesurfaces. The engraving sequence can be defined freely, thus easily achievingtotal or partial output in one time. The original drawings can be directlyoutput, which is more favorable to clients’ on-site design requirements. Thelaser engraving machine also supports array output, fixed-point output and analogoutput. It has a faster working speed, which greatly increases workingefficiency. A 360º comprehensive engraving slope function is newly added,making the machine more powerful.

The laserengraving machine has several practical functions. When there is no water orthere is a failure in the cooling system, the machine can automatically send analarm and stop the laser from operating so as to protect the laser. The machinecan also discharge smoke automatically. Once the laser engraving machine is working,the smoke discharging system is activated. When the working is done, the systemis closed automatically. Due to the easily-operated electricautomatic lift platform, it is very convenient to engrave materials withdifferent thickness.

Many kinds of common non-metal materials can be engraved by our machine,such as organic glass, wood, leather, cloth, plastic, rubber board used inprinting, double color plate, synthetic crystal, horn, cardboard, densityboard, marble, etc. The engraving is fast, smooth, and free of the traditionallaser processing’s efficiency constraint. Perfect mechanical configurationensures the overall stability and makes curve cutting free from saw tooth, vibration and noise.
