The ASR25 Auto  Sealing Robot consists of glass loading section, sealing section and glassunloading section. It can automatically realize the secondary sealing and realonline production of insulating glass unit.

2)  Our ASR25  auto sealing robot is equipped with the Korea dosing system for stable supply ofsealant, and also the Taiwanhydraulic system for secondary pressing and high-speed sealing.

3)  Withhigh working efficiency and low power consumption, the ASR25 auto sealingrobot can also achieve full and beautiful sealing.

7)  Thecorner key can be sealed with automatic correction, resulting in elegant andfilled sealing effects. The air cushion supporting plate controlled by theimported motor provides stable transport of glass with no scratch andcontamination.

8)  TheV-shaped conveyor with synchronous belt can automatically adjust to glassof different thickness and prevent the conveyor belt  from being contaminated by the sealingagent.

9)  Everyindependent function of the ASR25 auto sealing robot can bemanually adjusted, and our ASR25 auto sealing robot withstandard working height and inclination angle features easy operation.
