The JT01B butyl extruder machine is used to apply butyl to the aluminumspacer frame of insulating glass evenly. The machine features semi-automaticoperation, that is, the aluminum spacer frame needs manual support when appliedthe butyl on each side. The specific butyl extruding process starts fromputting the spacer frame on the conveyor belt and supporting it during theconveying process. When the spacer frame passes through the sensor, the clamping roller anddispensing valve automatically start operating according to the presetprograms. That is, the swing cylinder moves and clamping roller presses to pumpthe aluminum spacer frame. Then, the dispensing head of the butyl extrudermachine will equably apply the butyl to one side of the aluminum spacer frame.  When the other side of the spacer frame isabout to reach the clamping roller, the clamping roller lifts. When the spacerframe leaves the extruder head, the dispensing valve of the extruderautomatically stops butyl extruding.
