The FGJ03 desiccant filling machine is one ofthe equipment necessary for producing the insulating glass unit which isequipped with the aluminum spacer. This desiccant filling machine completes theprocess of filling molecular sieves into inner cavity of aluminum spacer afterone end of the spacer is clogged. When the desiccant filling process completes, thealuminum spacer is made into required geometrical shapes such as square,rectangular, arch, semicircle and quadrangle circular arch, and then installedbetween two layers of glasses. Due to the desiccant filling machine, thealuminum spacer filled with desiccant may keep the space between two glassesdry after sealing, and prevent condensation from forming on the surface of glass.
