FZQT10-20 series block machine generally comprises 5 parts: the host part, the hydraulic station, the electrical control cabinet, the brick discharging part, and the plate feeding part.

Features of the brick making machine
1. Host part
Yihe-Chem has employed an integrated design for the whole equipment. All of the joints between the brick discharging part, the plate feeding structure and the transmission belt are connected with screws, realizing a perfect combination with the host part. The modular design enables the machine to be installed easily.

2. Vibration system
Being the heart of the block machinery, the vibration system with high-frequency large-power motor acts directly upon the synchronous system to make it runs stably with low failure rate. It will save 20% of power comparing with common motors. With a high raising speed of the motor, the vibration chamber is able to generate large vibration frequency to meet the forming requirements of different products and shorten the forming cycle. The vibration platform is connected using horizontal plate, which has improved the working efficiency largely.

3. Hydraulic system
The adoption of advanced technique for the hydraulic system has enabled it to run stably and efficiently. We commit that there will be no leakage since both 4-layer high-strength hose and cone sealing way are employed to ensure its reliability. All of the hydraulic valves are from Northman, a highly reliable valve supplier in China. Besides, the reasonable design within the hydraulic system has ensured a long service life for our motors and pumps. Our hydraulic system is equipped with proportional valve to guarantee the stable running of the system and to protect the cylinder.

4. Electrical control system
The human-machine interface of the brick making equipment allows for a clear parameter display and easy operation. Both self-diagnosis and interlock functions are adopted to ensure the safety of the system.

5. Material arranging system
With the rotary material arranging system, even those materials with large viscosity such as fly ash can be arranged rapidly and uniformly. A level gauge is utilized to make the raw materials in the hopper fed evenly and guarantee the compactness of the bricks.

6. Machine frame
The frame of the block equipment is made from high-strength thickened materials and formed using seamless welding technique to protect the machine.

7. Large working station & high brick compactness
The large working station and unique vibration molding technique has made the block machine especially suitable for public construction. The blocks it makes are of large compactness.
