Wieland System Compatible Zirconia Block

Similar to the open-source CAD/CAM compatible model, our Weiland compatible zirconia block is a popular choice when it comes to making a single or complete set of artificial teeth.

There are grooves cut in the block to allow it to be easily clamped in place for teeth carving. The round zirconia block comes in a diameter of 98mm, with thickness in the range between 10mm and 25mm. It can withstand a high biting or grinding pressure up to 1200MPa. Highly stable and light permeable, the zirconia-based tooth is clear and very similar to a natural tooth from an aesthetic point of view.
