As a matter of fact, the CAD/CAM system compatible zirconia product represents the biggest size you can get from us. After milling with the aid of CAD/CAM system, the zircornia restoration is expected to have a diameter of 100mm with thicknesses in the range between 10mm and 20mm.

Customers can either choose our high transparency or super transparency model, each delivering a light transmittance of 37% and 42%. The high light permeability is the reason why the final artificial tooth looks like natural ones.

This zirconia disc is made from nano-scale zirconia powder. In order to create the disc from powder, sintering is used to process the material at a high temperature of 1480°C.
