Introduction

Sheets can not be physically bent perfectly with any roll bending machine, and will thus leave what is termed as the Unbent Flat. This universal rolling machine allows free adjustment of unbent flat length, and is able to roll plates into O shape, U shape, R shape or other shapes, so as to satisfy diversified demands. Located in Jiangsu province, adjoining Shanghai city, our company enjoys easy transportation and can provide more than 30 models of universal plate rolling machine.

Features of Universal Rolling Machine
1. Its upper roller is in the shape of a drum. There are carrier rollers under the bottom of lower rollers for adjustment. The machine is able to roll thin or thick plates into workpieces with high straightness.
2. Due to the unique rear plate rolling technology, this plate rolling machine realizes continuous bending and avoids permanent set as well as sharp bend, ensuring high-accuracy workpieces.
3. The top roller of the universal rolling machine generates the pressure needed for pre-bending of leading edge and trailing edge, which realizes the control over the length and shape of unbent flat.
4. Its integrated chassis contributes to the change of workplace.
5. The thickness of its processable plates range from 12 to 160mm.
6. Fitted with a man-machine interaction device, this plate bending roll has automatic compensation function during bending. It only requires one operator and comes with high efficiency and good safety.
