Standard Gratings

The standard grating is processed from twisted square steel and flat steel by our self-developed piezoresistive grating welding machine. It is a steel grating with strong welded joints and square holes.

According to the side surface shape of loading flat steel, it has flat type, tooth shape type, and I shaped type. Our standard grating has more than 200 specifications. According to different application requirements, it can be treated with painting, hot galvanizing, and other surface treatment. Customized service is available.

The gratings processed by CZY-II-2400-1.25 welding machine have been applied to national key projects, e.g. Beijing Grand Theatre, Beijing Bird's Nest, Water Cubic, etc. Besides that, they have been well accepted in foreign countries including America, France, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Brazil, among others.
