1. The hand operated riveting machine is used to clinch workpieces one by one.
2. It adopts the ECR3.75.60.08 pressurized oil-air cylinder and enables rivet-free connection, effectively guaranteeing the alignment of die.
3. It is structured by high-rigidity, high-strength and high-quality steel plates, and there is sufficient space for die installation.
4. It helps to improve the working environment instead of producing vibration and impact.
5. The pressurized oil-air cylinder enables soft in-position for protecting the die from impact. This well ensures a long service life of die and also increases the qualification rate of products.
6. Considering the practical application condition, the hand operated riveting machine adopts the relay logic circuit control and the pure compressed air drive. The starting up is controlled by hand-operated button switch and the hydraulic relay controls the press fitting quality and the returning of upper die.
7. This equipment is designed with the self-locking function for power stroke.
8. The press unit can be handheld or mounted onto the arm of robot. It comes with modularized design which ensures small size, flexibility and working accuracy.
