Drilling and Milling Machine

Description
1. The working table of our drilling and milling machine enables longitudinal and lateral movement. The spindle is vertically distributed, capable of 90-degree rotation. The machine head can be lifted.
2. This equipment is designed with multiple purposes, including boring, milling, drilling, grinding, tapping, etc.
3. Some models are provided with the working table that can horizontally rotate for 45 degrees. Most models can realize longitudinally automatic feed.

1. With simple structure and easy operation, this is a small and medium sized universal metal-cutting machine tool, enabling both vertical and horizontal milling.
2. Equipped with different cutters like the round, angular, square or the face cutter, our drilling and milling machine can process the workpieces with flat, oblique, vertical or grooved surface.
3. After configured with the vertical milling head, it enables multidirectional cutting. Besides, with the indexing head, it can process the straight gear, bevel gear or the helical gear whose modulus is below 3mm.

MD4530
The cutter head of MD4530 realizes Z axis automatic feed. The lifting table is equipped with a square slideway, featuring good stability. The three axis is treated with hardening. Two axis achieves automatic feed and the Z axis is electrically lifted.
