Designed in accordance with IEC61643-1 and GB18802.1, our RY1-C series surge protection device, referred to as SPD, is used in the TN-S, TN-C-S, TT or IT earthing system, whose rated voltage is 380V or lower and frequency is 50 or 60Hz, for the equipotential connection of LPZ 0B or LPZ1 and LPZ2.

This product is mounted on a 35mm standard rail and it is equipped with a disconnecting module. This module can disconnect the failed SPD from the power system and give a visual alarm. It can be replaced with no need to cut off the power.

Application Scope and Installation Position
Applicable to C-level lightning protection, this surge protection device is usually installed in the distribution box of computer center, telecommunications room, elevator control room, frequency conversion equipment control room, hospital operating room, ICU, and rooms equipped with electronic medical equipment. For small villas, the SPD should be installed in the household distribution box.
