With high hydrophobicity as well as strong resistance to aging, tracking, and erosion, the composite post insulator is usually applied in the power stations. It has high tensile strength and flexural strength. It is also impact resistant, quakeproof, and anti-brittle fracture. In addition, this lightweight product is easy to install. Its top and bottom mounting dimensions are the same with those of the porcelain type pin insulator, so they can be used interchangeably.

Note:
1. The minimum creepage distance varies slightly with the product height.
2. The product height as well as the installation dimensions of the top and bottom accessories can be chosen from the table. Alternatively, we can make products with those dimensions specified by the customers.
3. The 220kV composite post insulator can be made into one section or a combination of two sections.
4. Our 110kV and 220kV products can only be applied to busbar post or lateral post. If the product is supposed to use for knife switch post, customers should discuss with us.
