R6105ZP Constant Speed Diesel Engine

Unlike K4100P and R4105ZP constant speed diesel engines with four cylinders, the R6105ZP is a six-cylinder diesel engine. The additional two cylinders enable the product to work with larger output power. The air filter with larger size is able to purify the air at higher speed, providing the industrial power unit with enhanced performance.


This four stroke engine is assembled with the clutch pulley for connecting to your machine, and the pulley transfers the power to drive your machine through a belt. We often choose the clutch pulley with 4 or 6 C-type grooves. Available with standard diameter of 150mm or 200mm, the clutch pulley can also be customized specially for particular use of customers.


Designed with compact structure, the 84kW constant speed diesel engine is easy for transportation. Compared with its counterparts, this range of direct injection pump is available at more competitive prices but offers enhanced stability and easy operation. It has been widely used as diesel pump engines for agricultural irrigation, industrial water drainage, and related purposes. It can also serve as dredger engine or marine engine.


Characteristics
1. The rear end of crankshaft comes with small torsional vibration. By making use of this, our constant speed diesel engine installs its gear transmission system at crankshaft's rear end, thus ensuring long lifespan of gears and reducing gear system noise.
2. The water pump pulley with reduced diameter helps to add more cooling water that the product needs while working, improving the cooling effect of the turbo diesel engine.
3. The valve lifter for the industrial engine is made using chilled nickel alloy cast iron, and its bottom surface undergoes hardening and parkerizing treatments to ensure durability. The axis of the valve lifter deviates from the centerline of the cam' side edge by 2mm so that the valve lifter can rotate around its axis, keeping the contact surface worn evenly.

4. In order to reduce the thermal load of the cylinder head, the cylinder head base plate is designed with varied wall thickness to ensure long service life. Meanwhile, the four stroke engine uses cooling water for air valve and fuel injection cooling.


5. While using a normal open, single plate, dry clutch, the constant speed diesel engine also employs a belleville spring to compensate the elasticity for clutch.


6. The high-mounted camshaft helps reduce the length of thrust rod. This design improves the rigidity and increases the vibration frequency of the air intake and exhaust system. Thus, the operational noise is reduced, and the operational stability under high speed conditions is ensured.


7. The red copper alloy gasket is installed at the joint of the fuel injector and the cylinder head to improve the tightness of these parts.


8. The oil filter of the constant speed diesel engine is installed with a pressure regulating valve for engine oil pressure adjustment. It is also available with a by-pass valve. When the filter element is blocked or the oil works with excessive viscosity, the by-pass valve will be switched on, and thus the oil will flow into the main oil gallery directly without filtration. This ensures the constant normal and safe operation of our water cooled engines.
