R6105IZLD 132KW Direct Injection Diesel Engine

Developed on the basis of six-cylinder engine, the R6105IZLD direction injection diesel engine offers a higher rating power up to 132kW, due to its longer piston stroke design.
This range of turbo diesel engine also employs an intercooler to prevent over-high engine temperature. Its thicker intercooler core provides better and quicker cooling efficiency, ensuring stable water and oil temperature.


Features
1. Except the transmission gear of the oil pump, all other gears for the turbocharged direct injection diesel engine are made of alloy steel for enhanced strength and rigidity. The gear teeth are hardened, polished or treated with plasma nitriding, so these gears generate low noise and small vibration while operating.


2. The four stroke engine has its crankshaft made of 45# steel. The main journal of the crankshaft and the connecting rod journal are both processed via induction hardening, providing the crankshaft with increased strength and reliability.


3. The cylinder liner is designed with protruding shoulder as the supporting area that is large enough to prevent the top parts of the cylinder liner from sinking because of serious abrasion. Moreover, there is also an embankment on the upper end face of the protruding shoulder around the cylinder port for blocking the flame. The direct injection diesel engine features reliable sealing, as the cylinder head gasket is inlaid on the convex sealing strip at the outer edge of the protruding shoulder.
