R6105AZLD 110KW Six Cylinder Diesel Engine

The same as our turbocharged engine, the R6105AZLD is also designed to act as a car engine, generator drive engine, diesel irrigation pump engine, etc.
However, the latter boastsa the following advantages over the former:
1. The R6105AZLD six-cylinder diesel engine has larger piston stroke up to 130mm. The longer stroke leads to larger cylinder volume, which ensures higher burning capacity of fuel and air inside the combustion chamber. Thus, the inline 6 engine is able to deliver higher output.

2. The R6105AZLD four-stroke diesel engine is available with an intercooler for cooling of cycling water and lubricating oil. This enhances reliability and durability by avoiding over-high engine temperature.

Features
1.The valve lifter for the industrial engine is made of chilled nickel alloy cast iron, with its bottom hardened and parkerized. The axis of the valve lifter deviates from the centerline of the width of the cam by 2mm so that the valve lifter can rotate around its axis to keep the contact surface with even abrasion.

2. Every piston of the six cylinder diesel engine is installed with two compression rings and one oil ring. The first compression ring is ductile iron ring with twisted barrel surface coated with chrome and it is used to increase its abrasive resistance under high temperature conditions.

3. The internal combustion engine makes use of the controllable thermal expansion piston with its skirt section inlaid with steel sheet. Then the piston is enhanced on strength and stiffness.
