K4100P Constant Speed Diesel Engine

This K4100P constant speed diesel engine is a four cylinder engine which uses the clutch pulley to be connected with your machine. With the power transmitted by belt, your machine will be driven successfully to work. This direct injection engine typically uses a clutch pulley with four or six C-type grooves. The diameter of the pulley is 150mm or 200mm. This range of 30kW diesel engines can also be fitted with custom made clutch pulleys to meet special usage of customers.

Main Configurations
1. This constant speed diesel engine is fixed with a pressure regulating valve for its oil filter, thus realizing engine oil pressure adjustment. Also, the oil filter is available with a by-pass valve. When the surface of the filter element is blocked seriously or the engine oil is too viscous, the by-pass valve will be started to allow the oil to flow into the main oil gallery directly without filtration, ensuring the safe operation of the engine.

2. At both ends of the crankshaft, the four stroke engine uses the rubber oil seal in skeleton type, in front of which the O ring is mounted to enhance the sealing effect.

3. By using single bore pintle injector, the constant speed diesel engine features uniform fuel atomization, and effectively avoids fuel leakage or dropping problems.
