ZLSP-A R-Type Diesel Pellet Mill

The ZLSP-A R-type diesel pellet mill is available in three models including ZLSP200A, ZLSP300A and ZLSP400A. It is primarily adopted to make wood pellets out of hardwood. This product is applicable to a wide range of biomass materials, such as miscellaneous wood, peanut shell, rice hull, straw, etc., while requiring no additives. Features
1. The diesel pellet mill is designed with a case fabricated from seamless alloy steel tube having great strength premium quality .
2. The gearbox uses multi-stage gear driving system. The gear is made of premium quality alloy steel whose surface features carburizing and quenching processing, as well as grinding and refining treatment.
3. This product has the press roller and die which both use premium quality alloy steel with the surface treated with carburizing and quenching technique.
4. It is equipped with the diesel engine bought from domestically famous manufacturers for low power consumption, low noise level, small vibration as well as stable power output.
5. The diesel engine has an electric start-up system, making start easier.
6. Since the diesel engine and pellet mill are closely connected with each other, thus reducing the power loss.
