Working Principle
The mobile AAC block cutting machine is indispensable for AAC block production, and its working principle is as follows.
The mould reversing machine realizes aerial tumbling of mould for 90°, and thendemoulding operation is carried out. After that, the semi-finished block and side plates are placed on the cutting table. Then, driven by a motor, the longitudinal cutting device travels so as to cut the block on cutting table, and it will finally move to the stop position when this cutting stage is finished. Moreover, the transverse cutting device moves to the central position of the target block, and this is driven by a motor. Then, transverse cutting is executed, and the transverse cutting holder moves vertically from top to bottom until it resets when cutting is completed.
Features
1. The AAC block cutting machine has a simple but practical structure, which facilitates installation and maintenance.
2. After the block is turned over, it will stand upright with a width of 600mm and a height of 1200mm. Thus, the steel wire applied for cutting is shorter, and breakage and sliding of steel wire are not likely to occur. So, high cutting precision is achieved.
3. The longitudinal cutting device is movable while the block is fixed on the cutting table. On the other hand, the transverse cutting device takes advantage of lead screw transmission to guarantee the consistency of motion of transverse cutting holder, ensuring working accuracy.
4. When the block stands upright, longitudinal cutting and slot milling can be executed simultaneously, so other slot processing equipment is not required.
5. Aside from blocks, this AAC block cutting machine is also applicable for slabs, and it cuts the body from six surfaces. Thus, the cutting result is not affected by mould oil or the deformation condition of mould.
6. During working process, the mould reversing, longitudinal cutting and transverse cutting are carried out at diverse stations. Furthermore, cutting and travelling are controlled by different devices. Hence, working procedures are simplified, while easy operation and maintenance are achieved.
