This Kastar 777 fireproof PU foam is a versatile sealant with one component formulation. It supports instant use if needed. Via absorbing the moisture in the air, the product will expand and cure rapidly. It owns outstanding filling, sealing, mounting capacity in various construction applications.

Product Features
1.This sealant presents excellent thermal and acoustical insulation effect.
2. It keeps durable adhesion to a large amount of materials, such as the UPVC, masonry, brick, blockwork, glass, steel, aluminum, timber and other substrates, except the PP, PE and Teflon.
3. This fireproof PU foam provides high bonding strength reaching the B2 fire class in DIN4102 Part 2.
4. In general, it is suitable for working at 5ºC to 35ºC and the optimal applicable temperature is between 18ºC and 25ºC.
5. The product adopts the propellant that is free of the CFC materials. It is environmental friendly without damaging the ozone layer.
6. If there is no fire contact, this product will stop burning immediately.
