Concrete Batching Machine
PLD series concrete batching machine is a new kind of batching machinery, and it is applied for common construction sites, road and bridge constructions, etc. It is used to prepare materials for cement mixing machine whose discharging volume is 3000L or lower, and the material delivery between these two machines can be carried out by hoisting hopper or belt conveyor.

1. The weighing system uses weight controller and transducer to determine and control the weight of ingredients of concrete.
2. Meanwhile, when material feeding system stops feeding, there are some extra materials between hopper and weighing system, causing an undesired batching error. Our machine will correct this allowable error value automatically to ensure the accuracy.
