High Shear Emulsifier

The YHJQJ high shear emulsifier is used to homogenize and emulsify the incompatible liquids, solids, powder agents. It can be regarded as the replacement of homogenizer or colloid miller to a certain extent.

The performance of our equipment is influenced by the speed by which the material is delivered into the material-shearing area and the mechanical properties of rotor and stator. Therein the two factors, the later one is the key to determine the performance of the device. The relationship between the rotor and shear emulsifier can be described as following.

The rotation speed and diameter of the rotor can be regarded as the important technical parameters. When the rotor operates at a high speed, an effective shearing force is formed around the edge of rotor. The mechanical properties of rotor involve the interval and angle of shear between rotors. When the rotor runs at a high speed, the material will be sheared, squeezed, rubbed, and finally emulsified.

The specification of our product can be customized from 1000ml to 50000ml according to the cylinder diameter or working environment.
