Our 1.0-2.0T drive axle products are available in ZL15J, ZL20F, and ZL18 models. They adopt double reduction structure, and support two rotational directions to suit the specific application demands of clients.
The main transmission ratio is up to 6.667. The main drive unit adopts a spiral bevel gear which offers large bearing capacity and high efficiency. The hub reduction is a high capacity planetary design, and the hub reduction axle of our ZL20F model has a ratio of 3.90.
Incorporating a bevel-gear differential, the main reducing gear unit is provided with simple structure and flexible differential mechanism. Due to design of caliper disc brakes, our double reduction drive axles are provided with large braking force. Additionally, the axle housing is mainly made of cast steel, delivering high rigidity and long service life.
The product is classified into different models so as to fit different types of engineering equipment or vehicles. For instance, our ZL15G is applicable for the SDLG 918 type of wheel loaders, ZL16E for the XGMA 916 type ones, and ZL18 for the XGMA916 type ones. With strong technical strength, we can also design and manufacture our products in accordance with clients' demands, or manufacture according to the design drawings provided by customers.
