Insulated Water Supply Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line

The insulated water supply corrugated pipe extrusion line is designed and developed by our company. It is considered as the first SBG250 insulated pipe production line in China. Our line can produce the pipe with its diameter from 75mm to 250mm.

This production line consists of the high-speed single-screw extruder, PU foaming machine, molding machine, winding machine, and other parts. The dedicated foaming machine and the uniquely designed die head can ensure the stable pipe quality and high efficiency.

Our PE insulated and corrugated pipe is a new type pipe material with three layers. Its outer layer is a corrugated wall constructed from PE material, and the middle layer is formed by polyurethane foam. The inner layer is the inner pipe that has been already made. Due to its nice elasticity, high ring stiffness, and outstanding heat insulation property, our product can give wide applications in air-conditioned jacket, pipe insulation, heat supply, toy guardrail, and recreational facilities, among other areas.
