5T/6T Forklift Truck Axle

This series of drive axle is designed for 5T and 6T forklift trucks, as well similar engineering machinery. For instance, our 5T models have been selected for forklifts of Shanghai Shangli Heavy Industry Corporation and Beijing Eagleman.

Based on CAD design, it has reasonable and compact structure as well as light weight. The product can be designed and manufactured on the basis of specific application requirements of clients, and can also be made in accordance with provided design drawings.

Cast steel axle housing is provided with high strength and high bearing capacity. In order to ensure reliable braking performance and flexible operation, the forklift truck axle is designed to support expanding brakes.

While installation, the axle assembly should be rotated in anticlockwise direction in face of the differential input flange. The main reducing gear speed ratio is 4.875; the total speed ratio is 20.72; and the axle load is 2000kg.
