Rubber Predispersed Masterbatch ZnO

Technical Feature
The predispersed masterbatch ZnO is suitable for rubber industry. Used in elastomer, it can prevent moisture absorption during storage. Due to more uniform dispersion, the extruded rubber materials containing predispersed ZnO has smoother surface than those containing powdery zinc oxide. Generally, the tensile strength, tensile stress at specific elongation, and elongation at break of the vulcanized rubber containing the pre-dispersed ZnO are all improved.

Processing Advantage
Under normal conditions, the powdery ZnO is difficult to disperse evenly at the processing temperature. This will result in vulcanization activity decreased as well as static mechanical properties and dynamic fatigue performance degraded. Nevertheless, the predispersed ZnO is able to blend into various rubbers quickly and disperse evenly during mixing due to the precisely controlled particle size as well as the adoption of ethylene-propylene rubber and surface active dispersing agent.

The granular pre-dispersedZnO will not agglomerate under normal storage conditions. There is no dust flying. The stability and uniformity of different batches of rubber compounds are improved. In addition, the thermal expansion which often arises when using powdery zinc oxide in CR is avoided by using the pre-dispersed ZnO. It is suggested to add this product in the late stage of mixing.

Application
This product can be used in almost all rubber products to improve their static and dynamic mechanical properties.
