The wet brake drive axle is one of our products with national utility model patent certificate. It falls into ZL16S, ZL30S, and ZL60S models which are designed for 1.6 ton, 3 ton, and 6 ton wheel loaders or similar construction equipment, respectively. It has been utilized on the engineering machines of Zhejiang Junlian Engineering Machinery Marking Company, and Qingzhou Wheel Loader Manufacturing Company. The product can also be customized upon request.

The enclosed multi-disc wet brake is installed in front of the hub reduction gear. It uses hydraulic pressure for semi-axle braking, and is spring-released. The brake unit offers stable and wonderful braking performance.

With double reduction design, the drive axle includes a main drive mechanism with spiral bevel gear unit, and a hub reduction mechanism with planetary gear design. The main drive unit has large bearing capacity and high efficiency.

The bevel-gear differential for the main speed reduction unit ensures simple structure and flexible differential mechanism operation.
