Our 7T forklift truck axle has main transmission ratio of 6.33. It comes with double reduction design, and supports two rotation directions. The main drive unit incorporating a spiral bevel gear delivers high bearing capacity and high efficiency. The maximum axle load is up to 15,000kg, and the maximum output torque is 2,100 N.m.

The hub reduction unit with planetary gear structure design offers transmission ratio of 4.25. The main reducing gear unit is fitted with flexible bevel-gear differential mechanism, ensuring simple structure. Additionally, our forklift truck axle is designed with a high strength, cast steel housing and caliper disc brakes with large braking torque.
