3T/6T/8T Drive Axle

This range of drive axle with double reduction design is available with a planetary type wheel-end reduction. The main reducing gear unit is equipped with a bevel-gear differential, which ensures simplified structure and flexible differential mechanism. Configured with a spiral bevel gear, the main drive unit features large bearing capacity and very high efficiency.

Our ZL30 and ZL60 series of products are furnished with cast steel housing to ensure high rigidity. To ensure large braking force, they use caliper disc brakes. ZL30 is found primarily in ZL30 range of wheel loaders, 14-18T road rollers, as well as LOVOL FL936F bucket loader. ZL60 provides the perfect solution for ZL60 series of wheel loaders, and 220HP tractors.

Unlike the previous two models, our ZL80A drive axle utilizes ductile cast iron for housing making. Its four-caliper disk brake unit also creates large braking torque, and makes the ZL80A ideal for 25T forklift trucks and 8T wheel loader.
