Rubber Predispersed Masterbatch ETU-75

Application
The predispersed masterbatch ETU-75 is used as the accelerator for neoprene and its various products. It can make the neoprene vulcanize quickly and scorch safely. For the low-sulfur or sulfur-free vulcanization of other diene-based rubbers, it can be used as the activator and secondary accelerator. It can improve the heat aging resistance and physical mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber and avoid blooming.

Processing Advantage
Typically, the powdery ETU is easy to fly around and adhere to devices, and it is difficult to disperse evenly during mixing. The pre-dispersed ETU-75 is free from these problems. It has good flowability and there is no powder flying. It easily blends into various rubbers and disperses evenly, ensuring optimal activity of the ETU. Under normal storage conditions, it will not agglomerate.

It is suggested to add this product in the late stage of mixing.
