1. The FB series large capacity powder grading machine can separate the material into three layers, such as the coarse powder layer, medium coarse powder layer, and fine powder layer. The coarse powder comes with the diameter above 150μm, and the medium coarse powder is available with the diameter ranging from 60μm to 150μm.
2. The advanced grading principle is applied. The powder selecting principles are used in combination for the layered allocation, thus ensuring the high grading accuracy.
3. With the mechanical damping principle, the resonance frequency is far more than the natural frequency, thus avoiding the resonance frequency to affect the site application. The grader is equipped with the stepless speed regulation, which allows the flexible adjustment of the fineness.
