This generator set diesel engine our company produces is designed and developed by absorbing the progressive technology from home and abroad. It can be divided into 2, 3, 4 and 6 cylinders. Its power ranges from 10.5kW to 288kW. Its rotational speed can be 1500r/min, 1800r/min, 2000r/min, or 2200r/min.

Features
1. Due to the adoption of AD large pump, the power and stability of the fuel engine are greatly enhanced.
2. By enlarging the heat transfer area of the large water tank, our generator set diesel engine can be adapted to the area where the ambient temperature exceeds the operating temperature. It can be normally used at a temperature of over 50 degrees Celsius.
3. By mounting the circulating-water heating equipment, the temperature of circulating water ranges from 40 to 45 degrees Celsius. Moreover, users can operate this product as usual in cold regions.
4. Thanks to the fittings optimization, multiple machine types can use the same type of fitting. For instance, the commonality of fittings between R series 4-cylinder machine and 6-cylinder machine reaches over 60%.
5. The HY series generator set diesel engine can be assembled with the electron speed regulator in compliance with the needs of different configurations. It can also cater for special requirements, such as high-temperature water, low-pressure oil, and over-speed protection, among others.

Merits
1. Improvement
The machine body, cylinder head, and other major components are designed with higher stiffness than before. Furthermore, we improve the helical intake duct, and also select the renowned-brand fuel injection pump and the direct injection combustion chamber. Then, the oil consumption rate is reduced, and the exhaust emissions are improved.

2. Fuel Saving
Both specific oil consumption rate and the steady-state speed governing rate are low. The specific fuel consumption in the bench test is less than 0.2%.

3. Reliability
The engine cooling system is optimized to reduce thermal load. In addition, our generator set diesel engine has passed a 720-hour strengthening experiment and a 2,000-hour endurance test. The cylinder liner of the finished product is removable, and the maintenance is pretty convenient.
