1. Product Overview
We have developed the 126/145KV single phase metal enclosed gas insulated switchgear (GIS) on the basis of our years of experience in producing GIS and by using advanced domestic and foreign GIS design concepts for reference. Our product has passed all type tests in KEMA, an authoritative international test station. Tests of all components are carried out by adopting high-level parameter values specified in the standards of DL, GB, and IEC.


Our gas insulated switchgear meets the requirements of national standard GB7674-2008 and international standard IEC60517-1990. All the components of the GIS conform to corresponding national standards.


With reasonable design and advanced technology, our product has compact structure and high reliability. Compared with traditional products, our gas insulated switchgear has smaller volume, better stability, stronger corrosion resistance, and shorter installation period. It is the ideal choice for the power system.

3. Main Features
a. This is a miniaturized gas insulated switchgear. The minimum bay width is 1.2 meters and a standard bay covers an area of 4.34m2.
b. Our product is equipped with the circuit breaker which adopts the self-energy arc extinguishing of "thermal expansion plus compressing air to assist in blowing" principle. With simple and reliable structure, it has high breaking ability and short arcing time. The total breaking time is three cycles. The breaking times at full load are 20 times.
The circuit breaker is equipped with a CT26 spring operating mechanism which has simple and compact structure, high reliability, and little maintenance, meeting the no-oil requirement. The mechanical life of this mechanism reaches 6,000 times.
c. The product housing is made of aluminum alloy, which has many advantages, such as light weight, small site construction workload, corrosion resistance, small eddy current loss, and low temperature rise.
d. With the radio interference level lower than 500μV, our metal enclosed gas insulated switchgear is suitable for installation in the urban areas and residential areas.
e. Our product has strong environmental adaptability. It can be used in areas with harsh environmental conditions, such as severe contamination, high altitude, frequent earthquakes, etc. It can also be applied in downtown areas which is short of lands and in mountainous regions where it is difficult to excavate earth and stone.
f. The wiring mode can be chosen according to customer requirements. Multiple modes can be adopted, such as sectionalized single-bus configuration, bridge connection, double-bus configuration, etc.
g. Excluding the lead-out bushing and part of the connection buses, the bay can be transported as a whole, which greatly reduces site installation workload and duration.
h. Online monitoring and intelligent control of the GIS can be achieved.
i. Our metal enclosed gas insulated switchgear can be installed indoors and outdoors, showing strong adaptability.
