ZD series single-volute slurry pump is one of our latest products that provide a combination of high energy efficiency, and maximum resistance to corrosion and abrasion. It features an innovative hydraulic design that combines into one entity many separate features found in similar domestic and foreign products. In its wear-resistant body, the pump houses many attributes, including little vibration, low noise, and reliable operation. It also requires limited, easy repair, thus ensuring a long service life. Plenty of applications exist for this single-stage slurry pump, in electric power, metallurgy, coal mining, and building material industries. In particular, the product is used to remove dust in a thermal power plant, transport pulp in an ore dressing plant, or pump coal slurry and other dense medium around the coal cleaning workshop. The maximum mass concentration of the pulp is 45% for the coal slurry or mortar, and 60% for the pulp and dense medium.
