Operating Principle
The impact crusher involves the use of impact to crush materials. It uses platehammer on the rotating rotor to generate high speed impact to crush materialsin the chamber. Materials crushed by plate hammer are thrown onto the toggleplate for crushing again, and then they are rebounded to the effective area ofplate hammer and crushed repeatedly in the crushing chamber. This processcontinues until the materials are small enough to fall through the narrowopening at the bottom of the crusher. The finished products are in cubicalshape.
