ZF4A-126 Gas Insulated Switchgear

The ZF4A-126 gas insulated switchgear is a type of miniaturized metal enclosed switchgear containing self-energy type circuit breaker coupled with spring mechanism.

Features
1. The bay of our high voltage GIS is only 1.4 or 1.7 meters in width and 3 meters in height. This small size not only saves floor area but also facilitates transportation.

2. The circuit breaker adopts self-energy arc extinguishing technology and is matched with light spring mechanism, improving the reliability of the gas insulated switchgear.

3. All the first and secondary components of our electrical equipment adopt standard modular design, which greatly reduces the workload of design, manufacturing, assembly and adjustment.

4. The basin-type insulator, insulated tension bar, post insulator and other epoxy resin insulating devices of the gas insulated switchgear have undergone strict electric field computation and are optimally designed, thus enjoying reliable insulating performance and high safety factor. Our switchgear can withstand 1.5 to 1.7 times running voltage for a long time under zero gauge pressure.

5. Isolation and earthing switches can be electrically operated at a normal speed or a fast speed. The debugging and maintenance can be carried out manually.

6. The current transformer adopted by our gas insulated switchgear has high precision and small transformation ratio. Its secondary coil is tapped and each current transformer can be equipped with four secondary coils.

7. The gas path design is flexible and practical. The adopted self-sealing valve facilitates leak detection and repair. The simple and reliable gas monitoring system is conducive to on-site operation and management.

8. For occasions where the cable entry can not be tested, the induction type high voltage live display and locking device can be installed, so as to prevent the earthing switch mistakenly closing live lines and ensure safe running.

9. Except the main busbar, other electrical devices of the main circuit have split-phase structure. The advantages of this structure are as follows.
a. Three-phase short circuit is eliminated.
b. As the gas chamber of each electrical device is isolated from each other, the happening and expanding of fault are effectively limited.

10. The metal enclosed gas insulated switchgear has a low center of gravity, so it has good shock resistance and is easy to transport.
