Detailed Application Range
1. Mass transfer packing: Due to its large specific surface area, the honeycomb ceramic packing is able to serve as a kind of mass transfer packing, thus realizing good fluid distribution and high separation efficiency.
2. Catalyst carrier: It helps to lower the oxidizing temperature for organic matter, purify industrial waste gas and automobile exhaust gas, remove peculiar smell of air, etc.
3. RTO packing: Our product is applicable for regenerative thermal oxidizer, and it could cut down energy consumption by as much as 40%-70%.
4. Fuel gas distribution plate: This tower packing is beneficial for uniform heat distribution to achieve complete combustion of fuel gas. In this way, more than 10% energy will be saved.
5. Heat-resistant kiln furniture: Our honeycomb ceramic packing exhibits low bulk density, fast heat transfer, high heating efficiency and other properties, which are all very important for kilns.
6. Ceramic honeycomb filter: It is primarily utilized in food, metallurgical and environmental industries to remove particles, bubbles and other impurities from gas, molten metal and other substances. For example, it could filter unwanted particles out of sauce, fruit juice and sugarcane juice, or eliminate dust in various kinds of industrial gases.
